How to book a telephone consultation
We have made the process as simple as possible
Step 1: Request a telephone consultation
Complete the online form below to request a telephone consultation. The more complete the information is, the quicker and more effectively we can assist you.

Step 2: Pay the fee and send us any documentation
We will send you an invoice by email within a couple of days of your enquiry. The cost is £180 (£150+VAT) and you can pay by BACS, direct debit or an international bank transfer. At the same time, we will invite you to email us any documents you want to refer to during the call. This might include a floorplan, property licence, enforcement notice, copy of correspondence, etc.
Once an invoice has been raised, if you decide you no longer require assistance, just drop us a line to let us know and we will cancel the invoice.
Step 3: Arrange the telephone consultation
Once you have paid the invoice, the telephone consultation is normally arranged within five working days. Consultations take place Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm. We can sometimes arrange calls for early evening. We will find a time that is convenient for you.
Once the consultation has been completed, we can explain the options if you require further support.
What we can’t help with
Whilst we offer expert advice on housing regulation, there are some topics that fall outside our area of expertise. These include:
- Planning advice – planning application, certificate of lawful use, planning enforcement notice, etc
- Legal advice – you need to speak to a solicitor or barrister
- Tenancy matters and eviction proceedings
