What we can’t help with
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide advice on the following topics:
- Planning advice – planning application, certificate of lawful use, planning enforcement notice, etc
- Legal advice – you should speak to a solicitor or barrister
- Tenancy disputes and eviction proceedings

How to book a telephone consultation
If you wish to book a consultation call, we have made the process as simple as possible.
Step 1: Request a telephone consultation
Complete the online form below to request a telephone consultation. The more information you provide, the quicker and more effectively we can assist you.

Step 2: Pay the fee and send us any documentation
We will send you an invoice by email within a few days. The cost is £199 (including VAT) and you can pay by BACS, direct debit or an international bank transfer. At the same time, we will invite you to email us any documents you want to refer to during the call. This might include a floorplan, property licence, enforcement notice, copy of correspondence, etc.Â
Step 3: Arrange the telephone consultation
Once you have paid the invoice, we will send you a link to choose a convenient time for the consultation. Calls usually take place Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm.
Once the consultation has been completed, we can explain the options if you require further support.
