The winners will be announced at the LLAS & ATLAS Biennial Conference and Awards event taking place at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel in central London on Friday 29 March 2019.

This prestigious event, in association with sponsors Azad Ayub Ltd, Less Tax for Landlords, Nova Financial Group and Bond Housing Group, is being held to celebrate the successes of the accreditation scheme which supports and educates landlords and letting agents and to acknowledge and reward excellence amongst its members.

The conference will bring together hundreds of landlords, agents, housing professionals and VIP guests and will cover topical issues affecting the private rented sector.

Richard Tacagni, Managing Director at London Property Licensing said:

In the last four years, the London Property Licensing website has attracted over 660,000 page views. With free guides to property licensing rules in every London Borough, the website is performing an invaluable role to help landlords and agents make sense of property licensing and achieve compliance.

Running alongside the website, our housing consultancy service has gone from strength to strength – developing national guidance, delivering training, processing applications and helping to resolve complex cases. I am delighted that the business has been shortlisted for the 2019 LLAS / ATLAS Awards“.

Tickets for the LLAS / ATLAS Partnership Awards Conference and Awards night on Friday 29 March are selling fast and people are being encouraged to book their tickets soon if they wish to attend. More information is available here.
