About our service
Use our simple online booking system to take action today, keep your tenants safe and ensure your property is compliant:
- £45 (incl VAT): landlord gas safety certificate completed by a Gas Safe Registered contractor for one gas appliance.
- £15 (incl VAT): each additional gas appliance. Â
- £55 (incl VAT): a full boiler service. This is recommended to ensure your boiler is maintained in good working order.
There is a simple online booking system on the OpenRent website. Simply register to create an account and you can then book the service within a few minutes. We also offer a range  of other services you may be interested in.
