Up to £7,200 energy efficiency funding for Lewisham, Bexley & Bromley landlords!
Landlords operating in the boroughs of Lewisham, Bexley and Bromley are being offered grants of up to £7,200 to upgrade the energy efficiency of each property they rent out.
The scheme is being run by Lewisham Council, in partnership with Osborne Energy and the funding is only available until 30 September 2015.
Landlords taking up this time limited offer will receive:
- Free technical survey and no-obligation quotes;
- A subsidised Green Deal Assessment;
- An EPC certificate;
- Funding to meet new rental standards for energy efficiency; and
- A trusted and accredited installer.
The types of energy efficiency measures covered by the scheme include:
- Cavity Wall Insulation
- Draught Proofing
- External/Internal Wall Insulation
- Flat Roof Insulation
- Floor Insulation (Under-floor insulation)
- Gas-fired condensing boilers
- Glazing
- Heating controls
- Hot Water cylinder (tank) insulation
- Loft insulation
- Oil-fired condensing boilers
- Photovoltaics (Solar PV)
- Pipework Insulation
- Radiant Heating
- Room in Roof Insulation
- Solar water heating (Solar Thermal)
- Storage Heaters
- Underfloor Heating

The assessor will recommend improvements that are suitable for you, your property and your tenants. The work can be carried out whilst the property is void or with your tenants in situ.
